What college did you/are you going to?

Whatd you major in? howd you pay for it? some mistakes you made? funny story? nudes?

I have to start thinking about colleges and all that shit. stressing me out but not too much. I figure if I hear stories from people that have already or currently are going through the struggle (money wise anyways) then itll ease my tension looking ahead, because ill know im not the only kid thatll go through the whole process

cc then cornell

sorry no stories about money problems broski but my friends did pretty well with grants and scholarships, if you're lower class/low middle u can get financial aid usually and there's loans

do not go for an art degree if you want to amount to anything

what are you currently thinking

Case Western for a year, now UMass Lowell... Automotive Engineering

Paying for it... Lol we'll see.

My advice- classes don't teach u that much if you just go for the grade... Extra curricular s in college are where it's at. A lot of the "better" schools are only better because they throw so much workload at you, you have to be good. The teaching is about the same everywhere you go: inconsistent

If you don't do homework on weekdays, get fuckin used to it mate

But for real, I went to a technical school called Cambridge college in Aurora, Colorado. Got my associates in information technology and applied science. Party'd way too much. Drugs drinking and bitches on a daily. Regret the partying tho cause I don't remember shit yet graduated with a 3.0 gpa. Shit was too easy to cut corners and never focused like I should have. Young and dumb. All college folks should save the partying till afterwards.

Scott Akers 03-10-2013 03:14 AM

your pose to go to tech schools during high school well atleast out here anyway.

I was there most of the day instead of going to real classes, came back and went home, it was sorta like work release i guess.

TYSON 03-10-2013 03:20 AM

Huh, in high school? It was a hi tech institute I think. Which I thought was a technical school or technical college whatever. I can't afford to go back unless I take a refresher course and go from there to make use of the degree. But damn its 130 a test to get certifications.

yeah liberal arts degree. Philosophy actually, but I already know all the negative attributes attached to that major, so no discussion will sway me from it. Try as you wont. And yeah I wont be getting help from anyone at all so ill need to depend on loans and such, which is the only thing that really scares me, since im not sure how it works.

Fresno state is pretty much what im set on in case anyone cares.

I had all of my certifications before college started, I could have literally went anywhere I wanted but didn't want to leave the state.

now all I wanna do is leave. rofl.

If we were neighbors we would have already thrown hands.

If you came outside.
