and while I'm somewhat happy with that, I'm also well aware I'm going to end up getting destroyed

But I'd like to put out a respectable showing for a fluke competitor lol. I tried to flip lines while I could, but it kind of boiled down to me saying namix is old and chyeah is making bad attempts.

so @namix... any tips/things to work on/things to think about?

in general i thought you held your own bro - i thought you were clearly #2, even if i sound bias with #1 i think you know me well enough to know im not tryna be -- and there were some decent heads, comp wasn't as stiff as other weeks, but still - i thought you had a solid showing.


I think your self-evaluation is already dead-on bro, just don't beat a dead horse deader.... you had some fresh concepts and even fresh flips of older concepts, i even thought 'my age punches are getting as old as, well, he is' was funny. that's always a good tip too - use your own weaknesses to flip back on your opponent


it's because of that philosophy that you were the recipient of my favorite cypher i probably ever wrote

I "owned" what i was being dissed for, and flipped it to kicking your ass so bad i rip the fabric of time and half of your ass flies back to my prime (still making fun of me) --- and then the "until you get a new age concept" made fun of exactly what you pointed out (that you went at me saying im old a lot)...

taking that approach is always useful against vets, if you have a clear weakness, or they have a clear one that gets played out a lot --- put that kind of spin on it, it makes anything sound fresher -- really like your simple rendition of "my age punches are getting as old as he is", its a spin that can breathe some life into older concepts.

again though, i thought you did well in that cypher though bro. you kept me revisiting it at least. until i went *bang bang* with my last post :cool:
