how much better is the ps4 and xbox1 in comparison to the ps3 and 360?

i've only seen some need for speed game advertised on tv and the graphics look the same

like graphically is it superior? other than it being the new consoles, what incentive is there to get one?

Just like any new console, the first release games are always similar to the one before it.

I just remember when ps2 came out it was a billion times better than ps1. ps3 was noticeably better than ps2 but still not as big of a leap graphics wise. with ps4 I can't see a difference at all. but I haven't looked too deep into new games.
