I was totally unaware. Then snapped out of it and went back to sleep. I didnt realize anything had happened until my wife told me about it and I saw that my toungue was damaged.

Is this the first time it has happened?

ppl get that for many reason:
1. Drugs
2. something is wrong with body function
3. Medications
4. Stress

Sometimes our lord and savior places stress on us to test our faith.

Did you have a lapse in faith? Could that be the reason for your seizure?

If not, I guess it depends on what you mean by "tongue damage". Did you bite it or is it numb?

First thing that pops in my mind is either drug related or epilepsy. Most sleep seizures can be attributed to drug reactions of epilepsy but it could be as simple as sleep deprivation.

I wouldn't fuck around with it tho, I'd be at the doc.
