Passive income ideas
Passive income is an income received on a regular basis, with little effort required to maintain it.
Do some of you do this? If not, let's brainstorm some ideas on how this can be achieved ASAP. Pyramid schemes not included. I was thinking of buying a few vending machines and just letting those rock city-wide and collecting a paycheck from that. Book royalties but you know how hard it is to get a following even in you're published. What else bros? |

NYC passive income isn't going to just come without raising your own value. You're not going to get stacks now bc you haven't put in the effort required to be worth stacks now. Quit looking for a quick fix and start to learn to enjoy hard work and creativity. Stacks now isn't going to come from passive income you'd better start gambling or investing. Gamble on hockey since you're knowledgable.

Passive income is OPPOSITE of your goal to get bills fast.
Any sustainable model is because of a lot of "up front" effort... (or up front dollars) If people just decide to one day, *bam*, have a passive revenue stream flowing in -- without spending significant time developing a product, self-sustaining service, or brand awareness in general -- wouldn't more people have that going? If anyone could get rich real fast, while simultaneously being real lazy about it, then so many people would do it that it wouldn't matter --- we would just drive up inflation and the relative difference in everyone's standard of living would be the exact same lol :) |

>make a bunch of simplistic pendants and necklaces >sell in gold and titanium on Ponoko >never pay for bud again |
for real though --- the best kind of 'passive income' in my opinion, outside of strictly 'money making money' through investments is through licensing / royalties / etc.
money breeds money. you either need sweat equity, money, or an amazing specialization of skills to line up with the perfect need at the right moment -- to get passive income fast... most people i know with any passive income have it because they weren't concerned about being passive about it ;) |

But really though... There is no way to make any significant amount of passive money without either already having a much more significant amount of money to invest or shouldering a high degree of risk... |

I've also thought about some sort of webshop, but there's literally 1000's of them already. I do got some stuff in mind on how to make it work with the products I got in mind, but I wont reveal that unless I'm 100% certain I'll never go through with it anyways. Either way the bottom line is - paying and shipping goes automatically through my site. I wont do anything else than booking how much money I get and making sure I pay my taxes + some customer service. The customer service is shit I can do on my own, the moment it gets too much to handle is the moment I hire someone to do it for me as I most likely make enough at that point to do so. It'll basicly be passive income either way tho'. |
