Theirs legal disclaimers on every retailers website that allows them to not offer products like these in error

Some may of got lucky but I bet walmart found out quick and put an end to it corporately

DLB 11-06-2013 01:58 PM

It happened in best buy a few years ago around Christmas time as well maybe it was a Black Friday thing ... Some people get their shit until corporate calls a red flag and starts pissing people off by denying them and pointing them to the disclaimer and saying tough titty ... This is right from their website

Wal mart was traded on the NYSE publicly in the 70's ... And was a national giant in the late 80's ... Check national lampoons christmas vacation when he's on the sled he ends up in a Walmatt parking lot.

And trust me if their corporate office sent out notices to the stores they would post them at the service desk and deny your order no matter what, they may offer you the Regular priced item at a discount rate that still makes it profitable to them but other then that you would be pretty much denied. I ran two retail chains and this shit happens, I've had people threaten rip my family into shreds and slash my tires so I couldn't take them to the spital etc etc because of stupid fuck ups like this... Then I blame it on corporate give then the national hotline number and call it a day.
