Yup. I'm moving the fuck outt I need my freedom!! I got a pretty solid pay job making 60k/a year but to tell u the truth i'm nervous about taking that next step but excited even though 90% of that excitement comes from being able to watch tv in my living room while smoking a blunt feeling like a boss. tell me any of ya niggas moved out my age? How was it? Any tips?

I have three comments to make.

1. I left home when I was 16, therefore I win.

Don't move out at 17 to be cool though. That novelty of having the freedom to smoke in your living room is not worth what you'll be shelling out in rent, bills, groceries, etc. you know what's really cool? Having a deposit saved to BUY your own home by the time you're ready to move out of your parents place, instead of renting and paying off someone else's mortgage. If you're really on 60k you could easily have that before you're 20 if you're not stupid with how you spend it.

Can I ask what employer is paying a junior 60k and for what role though please? And are you sure that job is stable? Or if that one folds would you be able to get a similar role? I'm thinking not... You haven't even finished high school...

Plus if you smoke inside too much the walls go a funny colour.

I'm about to work two jobs kinda. I work at this gay ass call center that my moms friend gave me when I was 14plus me and cousin talking about on buying this building on seneca he's much older but if everything goes as planned i'll be making about 60k

if you don't make at least 20k and live in an area where rent is like 400-600 a month i would advise against it

i didnt move out till i was 21. moved in with room mates tho so it never felt official

now im back living with my pops, he pays rent, i pay everything else and buy groceries

so really thats my roommate B
