uhhh strik you can send anything to an address regardless of the name. i could send it to Baby Hands and it would go through.

Not in my apt complex, u can't.

Anything not specifically named stays at the PO until it gets picked up or returned to sender(we get a notice). All residents names have to be clearly written inside mailboxes too.

Iono why it's like that here in Illinois, or in this county.. but it is.
