Family all scared but only to care
But here I am again... totaly impaired

Wake in a blink, shake the bottle and swallow
Dad overdosed n died... am I to follow
Footsteps to nowhere except for tommarow
These pills build me up till one day I topple

At the bottom of this bottle and no favors are left
Messages to barrow till tommarow then wait for the text
Aint savin my breath because addiction is the same for the rest
Got a frunt for today!! but I'm left hating the next
Detoxin again, got the shakes and a debt
Pray for the best and my friend cant wait to collect
Got my script and repayed my debt then I take what is left
Now I'm back where I started with the shakes waitin for death

Is this life or an example of pain
Pain killers that hurt? damn thats insain
A handful to the brain is like puttin my hand to the flame
And every days the same cuz tommarow never comes but im plannin to change...

Look back and wish I can have the life that I had
When I was young I was smart but time seems to pass my eyes in a flash

Will My kids grow up, get older and shit
N follow in my footsteps? I hope that they trip
If they realize what I did I hope they forget
Cuz this life is called a FIX tho as BROKE as it is....

Dude this was really heavy. Idk how factual or autobiographical this verse was but I hurt for you bro. Trust me Ive gone through the sort of place you described. You are in control and you are not a self fulfilling prophecy.

I liked the rhymes and besides a few spelling errors you did a fantastic job of narrating addiction and the hopelessness it brings along. I hope you learn to work through it and become whole again is all i can tell you.
