Sausages, spaghetti and minced meat. All 3 things kinda cheap and delicious together. Cut the sausages in tiny-medium sized ''wheels'' and fry them in a pan, when it's done you take it away on a platter or some shit. Then the minced meat; when the minced meat is starting to get some color add tomato puree, some water and oregano. These things are fairly cheap as well if you're on a budget. When the minced meat is done you add the sausaces to the spaghetti sauce you've just successfully made.

Should be enough for 2-3 meals if you buy a package with 8-10 sausages, 0,5-1kg of some cheap spaghetti and tomato puree shouldn't be too expensive either. Minced meat on the other hand depends a bit, but if you get the 600-800 gram one you should be able to make portions enough for 3 meals. You probably got some oregano lying around.

If you want to you can make everything at once and microwave it for breakfast n shit as well.

Actually tastes fairly decent and it's done in about 20 minutes. There you go, a 10-15$ meal (5$ max for a meal/dinner per day if you portion it) for yourself that isn't too bad and should be just enough to fill your stomach to be satisfied for another 4 hours. I make it every now and then myself.

I'd tell you what I do when I cook for myself, but I just realized I don't know any cooking terms in English, so I can't really say anything. :(

Shit just made some tiramisu the other day shit was banging ... But I didn't add rum just rum flavoring...

On my days off I cook a lot, on lazy days I'll just grab a crock pot through in a nice chuck roast some fresh veggies, mushrooms, baby carrots, red skinned potatoes and a whole onion and some seasoning and a tiny bit of water turn it on low in the morning and wait till dinner time and have an amazing meal

It's kinda funny, I just never had to. Of course I know the basic terminology and I could probably try and get everything across, but cooking English is the hardest English to me.
