I edited in Chamillionaire and Paul Wall. But I don't think you know what 1980s rap sounded like if you say that. J-Live maybe sounds a little like 1990 rap. Aceyalone's style wasn't really around until he and Freestyle Fellowship (alongside The Pharcyde and Hieroglyphics) hit the scene in about 1992.
