I literally watched this movie yesterday. Sarah Connor is ugly as hell now.

It's also over 20 years ago. Connor wasn't ugly in the first one, she was a much softer character. But for the 2nd movie she got buff for it, and rougher around the edges. I think that was the whole point though, she was sposed to be that character.
