I think people only talk in terms of lines these days

Really, a bar is a musical term and has to do with the beat, and has nothing to do with how many words you write or when you press enter

But it was common at one point in the history of text for people to talk about bars instead of lines... most people meant 2 lines by it but some would argue that because 1 line would fit into 1 bar of most beats, it should be 1 line = 1 bar

But yah, just talk about lines for text
