I got the site TEMPORARILY unsuspended...
 

Connected with the web hosting provider and got the site temporarily unsuspended.

Fortunately it was not a bandwidth or crack issue.

Who is receiving the invoices/notifications? The email address which support gave me does not match anyone on file.

I got us a one week extension - the backpay is due October 24th, and that is the maximum allotment (2 weeks, but we're behind).

They will allow us to put another name on the account, but I need sign-off from this email/contact I have before I would even be allowed to contribute to the cause as a stop-gap.

There is a 10 day grace period AFTER this extension is up. So, um... help me help you to help us lol.

I need verification of ownership before we can even add another account to make a payment --- so without, I assume, GoW -- our hands are somewhat tied i think (as such, I didn't even bother to ask support what the damage is yet)...

Again ya'll, i didn't even ask what the amount was, since i asked if I could pay it as a stop-gap and they said it was only an option IF the owner verified the account, so they could add me (or someone else) to it.

I assumed the $$ is somewhere between double and triple digits, so didn't bother asking until I knew if we had the option to pay it lol
