I did. did ya listen? did ya? did ya?
what feel of shit do you want?

Meth 10-10-2013 08:55 PM

I like pop-punk, alternative metal, post-hardcore, nu-metal

Do you like any of those?

I do.

Fart 10-10-2013 08:56 PM

If you like Grunge ... Klover Jane or just anything Rane Stone really. Friend of mine but he's getting up there, mostly because of his Alice in Chains cover band(Jar of Flies), which he nails vocally .

Indie, obviously. Because I'm a blowhard. I prefer melancholy. Because I'm arrogant and self-absorbed.

I think you'd really like the latest Neko Case album. I got recommendations for days tbh, try give me an idea of what you want to listen to.

I'll give Neko Case another shot.

I like acoustic indie. Synths sometimes, if done right. Idk. Shit with emotion and soul to it, trending towards depressing. But the occasional uplifting joint is cool.

Although that's not the entire spectrum. I enjoy garage rock, shoegaze, etc.

Anything you think is good would be welcome.

Mike Wrecka 10-10-2013 09:06 PM

Pancakebrah , have you delved into the Beatles?

PancakeBrah 10-10-2013 09:08 PM

Yeah, I went through the requisite Beatles phase. They deserve the praise, for sure.

oats 10-10-2013 09:13 PM

@PancakeBrah her latest album (title too long for me to bother to type) is exactly that description. Very scant sonically. Also, Madlib's Blue Note remixes are excellent if you're into jazz.

PancakeBrah 10-10-2013 09:14 PM

Only jazz I really liked was Bad Bad Not Good. I tried listening to Bitches Brew and didn't enjoy it. But that was years and years ago. Might give it a shot again.

uTorrent going full strength currently. <3 bros.
