Oregon is trying to pass a law that will have smokers needing a prescription to buy cigarettes. LOL. Don't know what would be a reason a doctor would have to or not give a prescription for cigarettes . They trying tho....lol

although im still pissed i cant smoke in bars. and the bars that did allow it for awhile caught heavy fines for not obeying and shit and a couple even got shut down.

cigerettes will be outlawed before they will be medicinally perscribed; they already trying to basically make cig smoking something you can only do at ur residence...restaurants been gone, designated smoking areas have decreased, and they try to pass laws on smoking in public due to second hand blah blah blah, and/or placing fines on ppl for litering from tossing butts and sht....its mad dumb though..i mean I smoke right (im also a bio major)...being a smoker....i realize the affect it has on my health, and how its basically a slow suicide yet i engage...now lets take that im semi-mindful in public...but if im suicidal so-to-speak (obv hypothetical) then the fuck i care about ur second hand bs...but back to regular arguements... i don't blow smoke in ppls face when i do smoke, in fact when i see little kids i move...in other words im aware on the affects and dont need to be told, but the %'ge of smoke someone will come in contact with in public from 2nd hand is like the same % of toxic bs u going pick up walking around due to air bourne toxins and pollutants..so in short fuck 'truth' that sht is propaganda, yeah its true, but overblown like a mufucker. So yeah...this whole second hand sht is dumb af, imo; if i aint targeting u with my smoke and blowing it all over ur face till u suffocate then okay but other then that, ppl need to mind their own, and do them.....its a decision i/we have consciously made, there are alternatives (patches, chantix, gum w/e) if i want...and I've quit at times before for extended periods. So now a days when i person makes a comment along the lines of 'thats not a good look... i respond 'neither is that.'

What's everyone paying for their favorite pack of smokes?
Here in the East Coast of Canada it's ridiculous as fuck. $10.50 for the cheapest shit and about $12-13 for something decent. I used to treat myself to packs of Belmonts when I lived in Ontario and those were around $10 I think but here they're $15+ A FUCKING PACK!

I understand not being allowed to smoke indoors, but at all? If this happens (which I doubt) it would be fucked up, let adults pollute their own bodies any fucking way they see fit.
