makes a lot of sense, but not really practical if you work a shift job

basically sleeping for like 3 hours at night & taking multiple 30 minute naps during the day
I kind of do it now & I'm more productive & clear-headed when I do |
I'm pretty sure that's how we used to sleep before we evolved into civilization.

Wtf, i did this yesterday. I slept from 7 to 10 and then took a few naps throughout the day

It isn't.
But srsly I don't get nearly the amount of sleep I used to. I get about 5 hrs a night mostly. I key poems to myself & all my ex lovers & save em' in notepad like u do ur bars for me & Aero. I should post a couple.. I really do do that shit. I sed do do nigga. |
Wouldn't work for me bc it'd use up too much of my day trying to fall asleep multiple times. Usually takes me 30mins or so unless I'm dead tired

Intermittent sleep doesn't do it for me... I never feel sufficiently rested n still wake up tired although I find myself doin this often... It's kind of like a tease imo |

i'm pretty much on a byphasic cycle right now.. go to sleep around 12-1 and wake up at like 6ish to go to work. work about 4-6 hours and when i got home usually pass out for about 30-mins to an hour.
