u can't control someone's brain with infrasound waves...that's just absurd...u have to understand what sound waves are bro...not to sound like a know it all, but I do audio engineering...it's what I'm in college for...

a sound wave is a movement of particles that happens in series of compressions (pushing together) an rarefactions (pulling apart)...u can cause physical sickness with infrasound waves (waves below the psychoacoustic spectrum), but in no way would sending an infrasonic signal control someone's brain...

even if u had a way to pinpoint target them into specific regions of a person's brain, u would have to make sure they never moved...beyond that, infrasound waves cannot form any understandable messages or statements in any language ever made, thus u couldn't tell someone to do something with them...

u could possibly do something to agitate the aggression centers of the brain, but even then, u couldn't do it with the person walking around an going about their daily lives...u could transmit sounds within the audible spectrum an tell someone to do something, but they could choose whether to follow it or not...

point being, there is no way, given the nature of sound waves an how the operate in the physical world, that ANY kind of sound wave could be used for mind control...the most it could do is make u hear voices or make u nauseas...so I feel ur point in terms of blaming the government for everything, but maybe he was just crazy...

tho I will freely admit he could have been driven crazy by something ELSE the government was doing to prompt his breakdown...but even then, he woulda had to have a handler to tell him to go shoot the place up, otherwise there's no way to assure he'd do it...makes much more sense that he was given some kind of meds to damage his mental stability then prompted by a handler to commit the act, if it was a false flag...
