Deon was lazy. I liked the stroganoff line, though it didn't completely hit for me, the wallflower line was okay. The shit bricks thing has been done, but he actually didn't go for the obvious and tried something different with it, so I appreciate that. The Drake line is current, but I saw it coming, he shouldn't have capitalised the album name. It made it too obvious. I always have a problem with lines like that, I can read where they're going before the end of the line 75% of the time. There's no misdirection. The age old questions was okay, again I felt it could have been done better, decent recall to it. I didn't like the kinks line, didn't like the closer.
Destro had a decent opening nameplay, not great, endor man I didn't like, not the 25-25 line really. LOL @ 2Chains line, the head rolled in flour thing just wasn't funny to me, but the closer was roflzzz in my opinion and I give it Destro off the strength of that. Weak battle. |
