Appreciate it. I’m pretty good overall atm. I was in a bad place toward the beginning of the year but I’ve done a lot of introspection and self work since then. Writing this out was also just part of the process. Still got more to do, but I feel like I’ve got the hard part figured it out and I’m getting to a point of being more internally resolved than ever

im sure theyre on their way, but part of the growth im hoping to achieve is the ability to accept that it's hurtful, & that's still okay. it's out of my control, and the only thing i can do is find peace with the negativity existing while focusing on the things that are still in my control
