How would one rhyme with superior breath control? I'm talking Mac Lethal youtube parodies, busta, twista etc.

I heard jogging while spitting helps. Any more practical advice gentlemen?

Learn to breathe abdominally. You can usually support better and maintain that support for longer with abdominal breathing

my breath control comes through practice and repetition. Repetition of the thing I'm spittin that is. I read it till I memorize it so that I can focus on things like cadence and breath control.

I also let off alil bit on my delivery instead of yelling, talk with power in your voice instead, focus in being precise enough for everything to just naturally flow in a relaxed manor.
