Does anyone know who sorts out all legal stuff if you’re sent to jail?
 

I'm talking about mortgage/payments, bills etc. Day to day outgoings.

Has the prison service got a department that deals with all that? I imagine it’s hard doing it all yourself with a single telephone call a day or a week or whatever get.

The trick is to put it in your anus or know someone who will put it in their anus on your behalf. If you do that, everything will be OK.

What they claim you allegedly did?

Get a cheap accountant that can do your bills, get your lawyer to go over them and bring you up to date. If shit is fucked financially when you get out you can hold some people accountable to get back some of your losses or do damage control, and probably help you with pausing some payments to get back on track... If you can afford the lawyer and years it takes to get that back tho depending on how long you're in for. In general you should be fine with this tho.

You might get access to internet while inside so you can do this shit yourself. Hear with the correctional service if you got any questions and what you should do/prepare for.

Edit: There are also accountant software where you can log in through a browser. Should help you with keeping it clean, paid and easy to see how things are going even with limited time.

in that situation you're pretty much boned and have to sell your shit, that's how I got my property so cheap. your mortgage company will still pay while you're in prison though.

I happened to be in the situation where the owner of this property was going away for a long time and needed money for legal shit so he took what I offered him.

if I go away for a few months/years I got enough in escrow to keep my shit paid.
