the showtime battles aren't judged. it really depends on the leagues, some of them have judges but unless it's onesided it usually always comes down to some random person's speculative opinion

I did, but it's not out on youtube yet. that one was actually judged and they said I won all 3 rounds, but I didn't feel like it was quite as good as my last 2 performances. Part of it is just because the crowd reaction was kind of lackluster for all the battles. I had some good moments, he did some deaf jokes so I was able to use the school bus/disabled dude bar as a rebuttal which worked well. I made a concerted effort to slow it down, but when the reactions arent that strong I feel like rapping faster is the way to go. It is what it is. I think my next battle will be August 27th |
