No one cares about audio around here, but here’s something new..
 

Like base groove. Intro samples are kinda weird but it's cool. Beat transition to start is fire, but I kinda liked the guitar/bongo loop better than the second half. Would have been cool if you brought that back in for the chorus/outro or something.

Word. Thanks. When you say the second half, what do you mean? The second half of the main 8 bar loop (with the violin and cello)? Or the second half of the track..

Re: the samples, I’ve always loved movie/audio samples in instrumentals, but I was a bit lit last night... listened to it again this morning and thought the same thing. I may tweak it to either replace them or just scrap them entirely. I think I also need to mix the intro better. It’s not mixed as lo-fi as the main beat.

It's got a good groove, the sample feels restrainned somehow though. It sits flat on the background and doesn't pop or stand out in the way that maybe it could. But not bad by any means

You start with a different loop under the intro sample. It switches for the "main" loop of the song. I was saying it would be cool to bring the intro loop back in at some point.
