I had jack hammers at 7;30am in my neighbours bathroom, (they're renovating and I live in and apartment building). Sound asleep after going to bed at 3:30 after staring at the ceiling for an hour feel into a light sleep and then ear-piercing shit from next door. I had to walk in there and scream curses, there was 2 Russian tradies jack hammering the bathroom, just looked at me blankly. I was so pissed, this was yesterday, went to work with 2 maybe hours sleep in the foulest mood.

Yesterday, I was awoken at about 10 a.m. to the sound of one of our maintenance guys washing the outside of my bedroom window.

I had my blinds drawn, but that shit still is awkward.

I used to live beside this weird guy i went to school with and hung out with from time to time, and one night i woke with him in my bedroom asking if i wanted to go swimming, cuz i lived very close to a beach....but it was the middle of winter.

He went by himself.

He also used to stand on the rocks and make seal noises for hours.

from all the time living in the city i think it made me where i cant sleep without noise. if its to quiet im fucked up and cant sleep

I had this dream last night that I was in this swinky hotel at the elevator. There's three elevators. I hit the up button. I'm heading to the third floor, just got out of the swimming pool. I'm in only my boxers. Door opens. Left most door. I get in. Two overweight mexican ladies run up. I hit the 'Close Door' button, but it doesn't work. They get in, and press the button for '5'. I've already hit the '3' button. We go up, I look at the LED light indicating the floor we're on. We stop at floor '3-5'. Door opens. We're like wtf. We press the close door button, but it doesn't go. We sheepishly get off. There's 20+ people all waiting at the elevators. The elevator door closes. As soon as it does, the blue and white carpet infront of the steel elevator waiting area starts to go in a counter-clockwise circle slowly (We're in a tall, circular hotel). All of us walk onto it. We spin until we stop in a lobby with glass hologram walls. There's three gunmen with boar masks or pig masks sitting on the chairs. We all go in the lobby. We're then brainwashed. I forgot to what for. But everyone's becoming brainwashed. But it doesn't effect me. I'm like....holy shit. I start running. Then the pig/boar masked guys shoot their guns, but they release like floating dots that just chase after me. I don't know what the fuck those dots are going to do, but it can't be good. I start running away from the dots. But then the floor starts spinning again, like a treadmill this time because I'm running against it. It starts going too fast, and I'm running in place. The dots are closing in.

And then I woke up.
