Dyin’ of Thirst
(I write each verse like I’m dynna thirst.) The thought he wouldn’t even think If it gets push’d to the brink. More than one can put within the ink, His want to swim her creek has got him Thirsty, worried he will sink. It’s water; water everywhere, and not a drop to drink. (Scared loading the cannon will wreck the ‘ship?) The way he’s felt could be disguised damage? Turn the youthful cruisin’ to Titanic. Too eager to not go over sans life jacket? Perhaps his mind’s jacked. It seems backwards with slight madness. Perhaps it’s time that he got answers and tried patchin’, But the blights fastened tight to this guys habits. There’s times that he will question, like ‘Why can it?’ The sights crack’d; what can I say? He likes passion. |
Loved this and all the aquatic metaphors, short and sweet and had some good meaning loved the last two lines of the first section and then the whole second part was awesome. Kind of started off slow but loved the meaning here
