it almost pains me to call some of these bars highlights, but they're the best out of this battle. When I read mac's verse I thought Zelph would've been a lock for this, but sometimes the ways he words his ideas kinda sets him back even though conceptually I think he had more potential than mac.

I think overall I'm gonna edge this to mac mainly because of the fact that all of his bars were at least attempts to diss Zelph's pic. I felt like a couple of Zelph's bars missed the mark for a pic battle and he didn't really take advantage of all the ammo he had.

This was a very uninspiring battle, tbh. Mac seemed to take his foot off the gas this week, not sure why. Whether stuff wasn't coming to him, or he just rushed his verse - it was kinda all over the place and lacked any real creative flashes he'd shown in previous weeks. Zelph wasn't amazing, but he kinda didn't have to be. Looks like he's retiring in style.

Zelph verse was trash. He’s only okay when biting URL bars. Mac wasn’t great but had an okay line in the opener. I have Mac.

this one is a little all over the place in the opener and the pinch is very weirdly phrased. I don't think this angle was strong to begin with and there wasn't much to be done with it.

setup is crazy all over the place. The idea is funny, but going from French kiss to baguette could've been handled better.

So, I'm noticing a lot of second vs third person in the same bar. Your closer, for example, you're talking to him in the setup but about him in the punch. That can be slightly jarring imo, so your wording needs to be good to compensate for it. Try to keep the perspective you're writing in consistent for each bar and it may help. Your setups are doing a little too much sometimes. Keep them simple, because if theu get weird, it takes away from impact before your bar has a chance to really land. My favorite bars of yours were the opener and closer - good uses of details unique to the pic (buttons and French kiss).
