Rules

Due Dates:
• Verses are due FRIDAY by 11:59 PM PST.
• Voting ends MONDAY ideally
• Battles that lack votes may close later.
• One sided battles may get closed early.
• Extensions are 24 hours, anything longer is a DQ and/or Double DQ
• To avoid issues, you are encouraged to PM me your verse in advance

Line Limit:
• Min. = 10 lines
• Max. = 16 lines
• The max. can be higher if different is agreed upon by both.

Voting:
• I do not have time to count links, and I know nobody wants to post them because it’s tedious. Do your part and vote or I’m making house calls.

General Rules:
• 1st person to post can't edit after the 2nd person posts.
• 2nd person to post can't edit after a vote has been made.
• Feeding = DQ.
• Recycling = DQ.
• Biting = DQ.
• No freeposting, swaying or bitching.
• Unless a picture battle is agreed upon,
linking to your opponent's picture or posting it
means you will disqualified.
• A check in isn't mandatory, but it is encouraged.
• If your opponent doesn't check in,
you still have to post a verse.
• Competitors should agree on a line limit in their check in.
• If no line limit is agreed on, then the 2nd person to post
must match the 1st person's line amount, and can’t post more

enjoyed the read, but Adverse got this easy.

Mac you had a couple of concepts that could've worked better, the opener had potential imo as well as the red dead redemption line... the rest I wasn't feeling tbh. Not sure how new you are to this, but just keep at it, as long as you take the constructive feed people drop, and keep reading battles and writing bro.

Ad you're opener was dope, i don't even really like football but even I caught the reference, shells/entrees I dug and thought you finished strong with speedy gonzalez and the closer. Lenses was cool but didn't hit super hard.

adverse was good, opener worked.. consistant.. mac had concepts that were there but the execution lacked..

Mac your verse was ok but had nothing that really hit for me. Adverse didn’t have any absolute bangers but everything was just a level above for me.
