Rules

Due Dates:
• Verses are due FRIDAY by 11:59 PM PST.
• Voting ends MONDAY ideally
• Battles that lack votes may close later.
• One sided battles may get closed early.
• Extensions are 24 hours, anything longer is a DQ and/or Double DQ
• To avoid issues, you are encouraged to PM me your verse in advance

Line Limit:
• Min. = 10 lines
• Max. = 20 lines
• The max. can be higher if different is agreed upon by both.

Voting:
• I do not have time to count links, and I know nobody wants to post them because it’s tedious. Do your part and vote or I’m making house calls.

General Rules:
• 1st person to post can't edit after the 2nd person posts.
• 2nd person to post can't edit after a vote has been made.
• Feeding = DQ.
• Recycling = DQ.
• Biting = DQ.
• No freeposting, swaying or bitching.
• Unless a picture battle is agreed upon,
linking to your opponent's picture or posting it
means you will disqualified.
• A check in isn't mandatory, but it is encouraged.
• If your opponent doesn't check in,
you still have to post a verse.
• Competitors should agree on a line limit in their check in.
• If no line limit is agreed on, then the 2nd person to post
must match the 1st person's line amount, and can’t post more lines.

Zunto your verse read nicely and the shorter bars and internal rhymes are always good to read. Both had hits and misses but I think Ryno slightly edged it and the post mark line was like of the battle to me good stuff from both

Would've liked a different angle on the swinging arms concept. Seems forced to just call him a back up dancer at the last sec just to tie in the punch

Postmark is likely played, but everything is fucking played so who cares. Pad work, beast, and swinging arms could've been good with some rewording. The others were poor concepts.

overall this is close tbh, I think it could either way. Zelph started out decent then sort of tapered off toward the end but I feel like ryno was more up and down throughout. I've got Kyrie as lotb and I think that was the biggest difference-maker in the outcome

Wasn’t really feeling either verse here.

Post, mark line was the only line I was kind of feeling. Everything else from both was sub par.

Ryno, you at least had a line I liked and actually attempted punchlines. I feel like you honestly had some good concepts but you clearly do not know how to word them in a quick and witty fashion. Could have done so much more with the canned line.

Zelph, you clearly keyed this up quick, and took a sarcastic angle, which can be cool if done right, but that wasn’t the case here. Just not feeling your stuff this week.

Rhys opener kinda comes off as a compliment.. his pad work is vicious? Sounds like a good thing..like where u were trying to go tho.. Kyrie line was cool.. postmark and canned was ok.. the shit I didn't mention I wasn't feeling... Zelphs opener was cool... Ice age didn't hit hard at all but it was still alright bashful had potential but wasn't used right.. rest was meh... I got ry taking this with slightly less misses VOTE RYNO
