Rules

Due Dates:
• Verses are due FRIDAY by 11:59 PM PST.
• Voting ends MONDAY ideally
• Battles that lack votes may close later.
• One sided battles may get closed early.
• Extensions are 24 hours, anything longer is a DQ and/or Double DQ
• To avoid issues, you are encouraged to PM me your verse in advance

Line Limit:
• Min. = 10 lines
• Max. = 20 lines
• The max. can be higher if different is agreed upon by both.

Voting:
• I do not have time to count links, and I know nobody wants to post them because it’s tedious. Do your part and vote or I’m making house calls.

General Rules:
• 1st person to post can't edit after the 2nd person posts.
• 2nd person to post can't edit after a vote has been made.
• Feeding = DQ.
• Recycling = DQ.
• Biting = DQ.
• No freeposting, swaying or bitching.
• Unless a picture battle is agreed upon,
linking to your opponent's picture or posting it
means you will disqualified.
• A check in isn't mandatory, but it is encouraged.
• If your opponent doesn't check in,
you still have to post a verse.
• Competitors should agree on a line limit in their check in.
• If no line limit is agreed on, then the 2nd person to post
must match the 1st person's line amount.

ugly sweater was lulz/dope

Sunburnt , action weren’t bad, basic but alright.

Rest were worded comedically enough but pretty basic not bad not great.

Entertaining battle though guys. Foot say Orc edged it clearly enough for me but I enjoyed user’s verse too. Both had a quality too them.

really not a fan of the overall wording and execution here. Concept is okay, but I think you could've run with this in a different way

Overall LOTB for me was ugly orange sweater from Orc. Both sides kinda had similar styles and a lot of jokes which made this a fun read, but I think Orc took some wittier angles, and I think his general word choice just resonated with me more and was slightly more creative. Flow/multis don't really have much of an impact on my vote, but I think orc had a considerable advantage in those categories as well.

Fire one here, fellas. As both of these guys specialize in pic battles, I was really looking forward to this.. & y'all didn't disappoint. Orc's verse read super smooth & direct to me; he really shaved down his word count while still being direct & effective in delivering his punches.. that's not easy to do. User's verse did much of the same; it read conversationally while still being diss-heavy w/ impactful sting & kept a humorous tone throughout. The bars I bolded really stood out to me. Overall, Orc had a couple more lines that I felt hit & was just slightly more consistent.. not to take anything away from User. Definitely wanna read more from you two

Enjoyable battle. I’ve got ugly orange sweater and sunburn as my two favourites. Probably muscle relaxed 3rd and then the drapes / handlebars lines from user. Based on this and the fact I preferred the rest of Orcs verse to Users, I’m gonna say the Mexican Irishman took this pretty comfortably.

Entertaining battle... thought it was a bit closer than it looks. Opener was jokes.. was Ok. Ugly Orange Sweater looks more like a button up but still give it to you. Also had - No action bronson, closer

User whole verse was mostly straight humor. Thought your closer & Colorado lines were cool. Didn't quite have the clever/harsh bars to match Orcs best IMO.. but I did enjoy the read.. liked the wording too

I don't know if people recently returning (15-20 years ago I used 'Mahatma') get to vote here, so consider this an opinion if not a vote..

Orc took this convincingly for me, which isn't to say Username wasn't good but the humour and effortlessness in Orc's delivery, as well as the more targetted references, made the punches land all the more effectively. The ugly orange sweater and the foot rub bars are great, set ups included.

Appreciated reading this, much respect to both.

Yo I got orc taking this but it was a dope battle. The issue I had was users last few bars were all straight misses to me. Well, that's not fair. They all had idea sin there just executed in a way which was on a statement did not things, which orc also did, but the angles and execution of orcs were ultimately more lol worthy. Also orc had so many clever bars that took you by surprise which added weight, the ginger sweater one was a perfect example. No one saw that coming an if they say they did they lying.

Anyway top battle but orc takes it comfortably for me.
