Official NFL 2020 Draft Thread

How do we hack Goodell's live feed to boo when he is about to announce every pick?

Anyways, yall see he's doing that shit from his Basement? This world is weird.

So, here are somethings we know:

Joe Burrow goes 1.01
Someone will overpay for Tua
The Cardinals might actually be dope this year?
WR class is stacked

I guess maybe drop your team and who you want them to take?

I'm a cheesehead, and I would love Josh Jones or Justin Jefferson at 30, but I don't see either of them being available by then. So I'm hoping for Denzel Mims or Brandon Aiyuk.

Dead at overpay for Tua....I'm with Dilfer on his analysis...if Herbert goes over Tua then lololll

Hype for this draft tho

Pharaohs Army 04-13-2020 11:54 PM

9ers are my team I'm hoping for a solid WR with the pick we got from Indy (13 I believe). Lost Sanders to the Saints.

Careful what you say about Tua, he just might have a better career than Burrow. MIGHT

kannon 04-14-2020 02:08 AM

He might. And if he goes at 5 to Miami, then I think he'll be the right price for the right team. When you got three first round picks and Fitzmagic for another year, you can afford to take a shot on a paper mache QB. Cause you can still address tackle and even RB if you want, in round 1. But someone's gonna trade up. I can feel it.

The Dead Poet 04-14-2020 01:40 PM

Leviscus Shaunult would be perfect on your Packs. This is for sure the deepest WR class on paper of all time. Because of that I have a feeling teams are going to just wait on grabbing one. We'll see.

LOL

nearly every mock I've seen has them taking Derrick Brown

Taylor to me is > Swift and Akers and the rest. After that combine, no question

Inno 04-14-2020 03:51 PM

Dolphins will ruin any pick they get. Smh

This is their year to right the ship

Broncos fan here. Hoping we get some WR and offensive line help. There's some spots on defense need addressed as well. Still not completely sold on Drew Lock butttt about as optimistic as i have been about a QB here since Peyton

uh-oh 04-14-2020 05:02 PM

chase young is far and away the best player in the draft. tuas a bum. the kid from oregon will be better than burrow

jeudy is a beast.

im pretty shallow on this draft class and havent looked into it much. i like lsu's inside linebacker but doubt the ravens will take him. the ravens will draft a bunch of guys no one mocks to them like usual who will all have above average but not great careers like usual.

jamurai 04-14-2020 05:35 PM

giants fan here. ideal scenario is to trade back within the top ten and pick up another mid-late one or second, since no picks from 36 to 99 is brutal.

coming away with some combination of tackle, linebacker, or edge rusher among those picks would be great. safety and interior OL are less of a pressing need, but they seem in play in round two.

Agreed on Juedy. I think it's a mistake if someone takes Lamb over him , this receiver class is demented

Disagree on the QB take tho....Herbert isn't all that, Burrow and Tua are much better

Queen will be an Eagle

uh-oh 04-14-2020 06:20 PM

when i look at burrows numbers its like holy shit this dude is ridiculous. when i watch him play its like, alright yea he's solid. but it isn't like HOLY SHIT this is the best qb coming out in decades

i know next to nothing about the kid from oregon. i just know he's a 6'6 240 lb cutie with a cannon.

i never liked tua. but i don't like bama. literally his entire collegiate career all i remember is that big throw years ago in the national title and they got rid of hurts

i just assume he's a little college qb guy running around.

but yea i'll reiterate i haven't researched this draft class at all outside of the biggest name prospects.

but it isn't a pre draft thread if i don't have hot takes on the QB class

I wouldn't be mad at it, but he just had core surgery or something. Does make me wonder if he'll be able to make an immediate impact. But he's a beast of a route runner.

White LGI 04-20-2020 03:59 PM

Atl about to trade up to get okudah

Blue Bayou 04-22-2020 08:34 PM

Anyone got any crazy predictions for tomorrow night??

Incredible 04-22-2020 09:10 PM

I predict at least 3 technical mishaps, at least 1 cat runs across the screen. 5 dogs and a shot of a pizza pie.

uh-oh 04-22-2020 09:33 PM

ravens trade out of the first round altogether

Diode 04-24-2020 08:55 PM
