Rules

Due Dates:
• Verses are due Wednesday by 11:59 PM PST.
• Goal is for voting to end Saturdays
• Battles that lack votes may close later.
• One sided battles may get closed early.
• Extensions are 24 hours, anything longer is a DQ and/or Double DQ
• To avoid issues, you are encouraged to PM me your verse in advance


Line Limit:
• Min. = 10 lines
• Max. = 20 lines
• The max. can be higher if different is agreed upon by both.


Voting:
• I do not have time to count links, and I know nobody wants to post them because it’s tedious. Do your part and vote or I’m making house calls.

General Rules:
• 1st person to post can't edit after the 2nd person posts.
• 2nd person to post can't edit after a vote has been made.
• Feeding = DQ.
• Recycling = DQ.
• Biting = DQ.
• No freeposting, swaying or bitching.
• Unless a picture battle is agreed upon,
linking to your opponent's picture or posting it
means you will disqualified.
• A check in isn't mandatory, but it is encouraged.
• If your opponent doesn't check in,
you still have to post a verse.
• Competitors should agree on a line limit in their check in.
• If no line limit is agreed on, then the 2nd person to post
must match the 1st person's line amount.

not sure how I felt about this one tbh. Was immediately put off by the idea of a third cash flip. So that probably didn't help, cash prizes was a good idea I've not seen, not sure this bar works both ways though. Maybe it's the wording..I'm sure you'll tell me how I've got this wrong though. clever personal reference with shark. Liked the stock ending but got to be honest it lost a bit of sting cus barc beat you to the punch a bit here. Shark bit helped

Tough battle. Felt both came clean and neat. Probably the battle I've enjoyed reading the most this week. Barc came with a lot of cash nameplays which was a shame but they also were probably some of his best bars, I also sympathise with him because cash is a pain to write for. Cash came with lotb for sure and had a more personal touch to his verse.

Overall had you both with a miss each but think cash edges this with the lotb.

Stock Market - Eh, seen Blue do this & King on RB due a 'Bull Market' one... so this missed to me
Call of Duty 2 -- was cool; another Cash flip though but it hit..
Job Raking -- OK.. Took me a couple of re-reads way it was worded.. flick chin was light way to end it, IMO
Cash Prizes -- Not seeing the harsh connection here, is it attached? This one was loose to me.. but I did like the wordplay here..
Closer was aimed at Aero more. But I've seen the Letdown concept before w/ helicopter or something u did...eh ok


Cash:
Ozark -- Had to look up. Feel if you had an original quote this would hit harder, i get it. This was good.
Micheal Myers bar was a cool personal. Dont think I've seen it, surprised I haven't though.
Uterus Pond -- OK liked the connection of two personals things (occupation and his notorious wordplay) BUT I wasn't sold on the execution; still a pretty decent bar here.
I didn't like the Affliction Shirts. Filler imo
Shark Tank -- This was dope all tied in well & personal too w/ Money Ain't Right & Stock part. Thought this was one of your best here.
Closer was OK/decent... I left wanting more out of it.

Overall had the better hits w/ the Opener & Shark Tank bars plus a solid verse overall. Whole verse was more personal which gave Cash a more of an edge w% the angles...
Barc had a few good lines & fresh cash flips but wasn't as consistent to me.. Cool battle though, props.
