Rules

Due Dates:
• Verses are due Wednesday by 11:59 PM PST.
• Goal is for voting to end Saturdays
• Battles that lack votes may close later.
• One sided battles may get closed early.
• Extensions are 24 hours, anything longer is a DQ and/or Double DQ
• To avoid issues, you are encouraged to PM me your verse in advance


Line Limit:
• Min. = 10 lines
• Max. = 20 lines
• The max. can be higher if different is agreed upon by both.


Voting:
• I do not have time to count links, and I know nobody wants to post them because it’s tedious. Do your part and vote or I’m making house calls.

General Rules:
• 1st person to post can't edit after the 2nd person posts.
• 2nd person to post can't edit after a vote has been made.
• Feeding = DQ.
• Recycling = DQ.
• Biting = DQ.
• No freeposting, swaying or bitching.
• Unless a picture battle is agreed upon,
linking to your opponent's picture or posting it
means you will disqualified.
• A check in isn't mandatory, but it is encouraged.
• If your opponent doesn't check in,
you still have to post a verse.
• Competitors should agree on a line limit in their check in.
• If no line limit is agreed on, then the 2nd person to post
must match the 1st person's line amount.

Upp over exts

Aura's opener was cool.. read a lil choppy to me but the more I read it back the smoother it got.. not bad overall
Diverse was cool nameplay but wasn't that harsh saying will see all colors come together..
YouTube was nice.. I thought maybe adding a s on YouTube would of hit even better but still a nice hit..
Ty dolls was alright... Closer was a cool hit..
Overall u had a pretty tough verse...it was consistent with hits... Nothing that didn't hit...some more mild then others but it all still connected..
Adverses opener I didn't get.. from Oracle I am getting 'aura call'?? And I don't see how that ties in.. am I totally lost at what u were going for here
Section 8 didn't hit for me.... Hyundai was cool n connected for me . Oregon was mild... Closer was straight filler n didn't hit.. overall I gotta say u kinda dropped the ball here.. I never really felt like u "got going".. seemed inconsistent with ur hits.. nothing packed much sting and seemed like it was keyd up..
Overall I gotta say that pleth took this rather easy... Better written verse for the win.. ad had the Hyundai line..other than that it was mild for me..I didn't get your opener but even if I missed something in it that was super dope it doesn't chance the fact that pleth was more consistent with the hits VOTE: aura

I've got 3 quotables for Aura here, but it's really like 2.5, because the middle line wasn't worded properly both ways for me. It only really works if you read it as 'gives you a tube, Ad'. It doesn't work with 'doc comes in and gives YouTube Ad', because a doctor giving a youtube ad doesn't make sense. For Adverse, I'm assuming you meant 'they'll find Aura cool' in your first bar, as in cold and lifeless. I got 2 light quotables for Adverse. Aura's quotables were stronger and his wording, in general, was better.

Aura came harder of the two and was more concise. His drop read better to me. I dig that MLK bar but Adverse, I cant really quote anything from yours. Kind of a lacklustre battle IMO so not a lot to say other than that and imma vote: Aura
