Rules

Due Dates:
• Verses are due Wednesday by 11:59 PM PST.
• Goal is for voting to end Saturdays
• Battles that lack votes may close later.
• One sided battles may get closed early.
• Extensions are 24 hours, anything longer is a DQ and/or Double DQ
• To avoid issues, you are encouraged to PM me your verse in advance


Line Limit:
• Min. = 10 lines
• Max. = 20 lines
• The max. can be higher if different is agreed upon by both.


Voting:
• I do not have time to count links, and I know nobody wants to post them because it’s tedious. Do your part and vote or I’m making house calls.

General Rules:
• 1st person to post can't edit after the 2nd person posts.
• 2nd person to post can't edit after a vote has been made.
• Feeding = DQ.
• Recycling = DQ.
• Biting = DQ.
• No freeposting, swaying or bitching.
• Unless a picture battle is agreed upon,
linking to your opponent's picture or posting it
means you will disqualified.
• A check in isn't mandatory, but it is encouraged.
• If your opponent doesn't check in,
you still have to post a verse.
• Competitors should agree on a line limit in their check in.
• If no line limit is agreed on, then the 2nd person to post
must match the 1st person's line amount.

I thought this was very close. I liked Defiant's concepts better but the wording hurt some of them. Inno's bars were better worded but I didn't like the concepts as much. I thought the wrestlemania line was the lotb so I suppose I'll go with Defiant.

I enjoyed Inno’s verse more. Felt like his thoughts were laid out clearer and was a bit more creative. Wasn’t loving the lines I didn’t quote but those two were solid. Defiant’s wording seemed off and his concepts just felt lackluster to me.

Innos opener seemed a little selfhype'ish n didn't pack much sting but it was still okay.
Applied and def l didn't rhyme for me.. def l and apply sure..but with the Ed on the end it doesn't work for me

Nah. this is lame conceptually to me... and mights apart see? Your setups seem lazy and mehh, takes away from the bars focus on putting more effort into this part of your writting



Overall pretty lack lustre battle imo. I think this is probably being avoided vote wise cuz it is a pretty tough all. Defiant probably has the bar of the battle with the wrestlemania ref, but more misses overall....On the whole Inno edged this to me for more enjoyable 'misses' , and two coolish bars vs. one
