Just got glasses yo. Crazy. Eyes been deteriorating for like 2yrs. Finally got to aa point where i could read my blurry cpu screen at work. So now i rocks the kasba and some slick glasses to.

Second vicit to the chiropractor today... He snap crackle popped the fuck outta me today and 2 days ago. Gotta admit. Its a bid sore for 24 hrs then it feels good as fuck..posture a lil straighter. Less gangster.

Ive decided the low back pain has to be the lack of core work. Ive been lazy as fuck since 3m. Coppin this weight bench at dunhams this weekend. Im getting back into it. Prolly grab a curl bar to and get back on my gritty. If i spend the money itll push me to do the work more. I wouldnt wanna drop loot on something im not gonna use. Ya know. Actually excited cause i still have a solid fucking foundation from when i used to work out. 6 pack still peakin out from under a touch of bady fat.. It wants to reveal again. Forearms got small man. They used to be twice the size, i swear. Idk. Muscle gots memmory tho. I aint worried

Yeah I'm 33, my vision is perfect or at least it was a million years ago when I got it checked and I don't feel like its any different now. My body is fine other than having some self induced liver damage which hurts from time to time. And my left hand/fingers hurt sometimes when it gets cold, because of smashed hands/fingers from prior fights.

Other than that physically I don't feel old those things were all self induced.

But I do feel old when younger people can kill me on technology type of stuff, because for my time period at least I was on top of it. Far from it now. And when I'll be watching local news and the weather girl/other people on there look like high school kids to me. But all the local news people here are actually hella young and its weird.

And the biggest thing, I live in a college town and so I'll see these girls/guys of that age all the time and in my mind I'm thinking like I'm basically on their level. Playing pick up games and stuff too. But no, I forget sometimes that I'm not early 20's and that I'm
in my early 30's.

but for me its not physical its more mentally realizing like damn you're a lot closer to 40 than 20.
