I've been getting madd OT lately myself. My savings account is getting fat as fuck. Thinking about a 2nd car to be my daily driver. Fuck Virginia, man...

I used to work 60+ hour weeks, for a couple of years, but I was never seeing my family. It got to me eventually. I got a pay rise which helped kill the need for over time but I do a bit here and there. Keep grinding bro. You'll get to where you need to be.

Ya man fuck md to. So hard. 3m has mandatory overtime for certain reasons that come up. For instance.. We all have 2 designates that cover our shift when we take off and then that goes the other way for when they take off. That one person covers the first 4 and the other covers the last 4 of the shift. One of my guys took a week off plus the ot i signed up for that shit stacked quick. But thats what up phil.

And @Witty. I feel you. Just got my 3rd raise february 12th. Tacked another dollar on. I dont need the ot to survive. But it does help my account stack up once bills are paid so i do it at least 2 days a week. Just this last week i got hit hard with mandatory coverage.
