..this shit is FIRE. Had to hunt it down yesterday. Was sold out at walmart and best buy. Target had a few though. So ya. Been on this game. It has a very Fallout feel to it. Minus all the shit i 'personnaly' didnt like. I know everyone else will dissagree. But i never liked the building. I liked the collecting of parts and shit. But fallout had WAYYYY to much shit in that catergory. This game has the same concept only a lot less to juggle. No building so far. And its a first person shooter it seems like its got some early glitches or bugs. Its only been released for a short while and there has already been at least one update so i hope that means there working to smooth it out some.

Bottom line. I HIGHLY suggest grabbin this game if your into that post apocolyptic survival shit. Its starts off a little slow/rough and i was like mannn. Is this gonne be it!?!? But once your past that intro stage and it becomes more open world.. Ya.. Its fuxking fire at that point

COP THIS @uh-oh and other gamers. You wont be dissapointed. Especially once the bugs are worked out and im on ps4. PC gamers might not have the same issues @Knucklehead. Idk pz

i havent played any of the others but i've been hype for this for awhile from the early teasers

im gonna wait a bit though for a sale or something. the good thing with pc gaming is a brand new game will have a half off sale like every 2 months. so i'll grab it for like 29 bucks or somehting

@Knucklehead didn't want to make a new thread but i caved and copped a 2080ti. i almost went with the rtx titan but couldn't justify it with myself. the guilt that washed over me after hitting confirm was enough at 1200+tax.

but yo that farcry sounded dope to me too. i didn't play the last one, with the hillbilly church coven or whatever storyline. but im a sucker for post apocalyptic games so ima give that a shot too.

the card i bought comes with battlefield V and anthem. probably wont play much of either though. but im looking forward to seeing if 4k gaming at 30fps is worth it. if not i'll go 1440 at 60 with max settings fuckittttttt

Far Cry New Dawn is basically an add on to FC5, just know that going into ur purchase. Reviews are terrible

word, the criticism i seen is basically because its a re-skin of 5. which i didn't play, so i'ma still give it a shot

and knuck i might hook you up if you actually need it/its an upgrade. i was gonna see if i couldnt run them both for vram in 3d programs and shit and if not just sell it. i think they go for like 400-500 still

275-300 seems the going rate now, was closer to 400 when the crypto stuff was going on then that dying and rtx dropped lots of stuff

Im a good distance into metro. I have to say that im really dissapointed with the dialogue and bogus russian accents (they r horrible, its so obvious that americans are trying to sound russian and they suck.) and the glitches. I mean i think theyre glitches in the characters idk. Has to be better on PC. Im on a ps4 regular. Need to upgrade to a pro but tbh id rather wait for a ps5 to drop before i spend money on something ill be replacing as soon as a next gen drops. Besidea. Id have to go grab a 4k tv to reap the benefiets anyway. And i aint trying to drop 800 to a G just on a tv and second ps4 lol. Nah. Ps5 tho. Yes..

Anyway. Asside from the above. This game has been pretty fun. I think the mechanics when your in the row boats could be waaayyyyy better. I think the guns and gun mods could be more varied and the selection be greater. But asside from all that. I think the game is pretty dope. Diggin it. If they could fix the minor issues with the bugs (or what i think is bugs) in an update then id be stoked and this would be way up on my list of favs. And its hard to say that considering i HATE 1ST PERSON GAMES. Loved far cry 4. But i HATE 1ST PERSON. 3rd person view and visually seeing your character is the way to be. Thats just me. So having said that. This game scores even higher considering i hate 1st person and still love this game.

What about the rest of you? Opinions? What have you noticed as far as glitchyness shit goes. Anything?
