Usually, I've dreaded the whole year. But this year, I'll only dread one day at a time.

I don't really believe in resolutions but I'd like to cut down on the amount I drink, preferably 100%. I've been fucking up my liver for a long time and need a rest. Plus the amount of calories I take in because of it is ridiculous

move to cali my drinking dropped 90%

im thinking about going the opposite. i havent been drinking at all and think my personality is suffering from it

im just a BORE anymore. i need to find a balance basically. im either a self destructive drunkard, or a straightedge loser

but word i don't do resolutions. i just do what i feel i should when i feel like i can't put it off anymore lol

although i turn 30 next year in september, and i will be quitting cigs, even though i adore them. my pops just quit, and its a legit quit. like i can smoke around him and he lost all desire. whatever chantix is, is witchcraft

yeah the plan is to move to the west coast in a few years, but I moved to Alabama for money and we're stuck here for at least 3 more years. I don't really have any connects down in the bible belt

Resolutions are nonsense because self improvement can only happen when you are in the right place for it to happen. When you make a resolution you put pressure on yourself to change something you are probably not ready to change. Don't pressure yourself, take life one day at a time, we all grow at our own pace, don't rush yourself because you will fail.

How is that? I'm on the cusp of cutting out cigs altogether (no more than one a day) and I'm starting to notice the smell on me/my clothes/my car when I do

Idk if it's the way to wean me into not smoking but I really wouldn't mind less of a smell when I do smoke

if you smoke just 1 cig a day you might as well just stop lol. i wouldn't dabble in the vape world because you can lull yourself into a worse nicotine addiction. i hear

i've never vaped. this new kid at my work has a big vape thing that disgusts me. gave him a ride home and shit was cinnamon smelling and just ridiculous, i was holding back gagging

that said it can work though if you get it and ween yourself with less and less nicotine per thing

but it points back to the 1 cig a day figure, which is basically nothing. might as well just quit.

Honestly I have a cig from time to time, but I haven’t bought a pack of cigs in 4 months. If you find the right rig, should work for you, and eventually you get tired of vaping and it’s a lot easier to quit vaping lol
