Just curious, thoughts & shit? Gotta say 18 was ill...not a lot of that disappearin' in2 another player type thing plagued this edition...unlike past entries.

i hate how the players move/run. feels like i'm pushing them. they're slow as shit for no reason at points etc. whatever this new "real motion" shit is ruined it. there is a HOLE DIRECTLY AHEAD OF ME LEADING TO DAYLIGHT

they changed it so that sprint between the tackles = you get tackled like 3 or 4 years ago if not longer

i played a bunch of 17, played 18 solidly for like a month

had no real QUALMS.

maybe i'm only noticing it now because of the cuts and such. like i feel like changing direction and cutting is much more juke reliant. they round off and shit when just using the left stick more etc. so maybe its a combo, of me running through the defense, because what i was talking about was at the lb'er level, im through the line, but not at the second level just yet if that makes sense. but i see a clear path, nobody has a logical angle on me and they zoom and get me from behind/the side like wtf

i also jumped right into all-pro though but thats what i'd usually play at.

All sports games are the same... they make tiny little changes, market it like it's a whole new game when it's basically the same game, and sell it for extortionate prices....and it works year after year, people keep buying them.

FIFA is exactly the same and I still buy it every year.

word. i don't know about fifa, if it has any competitors as far as rights to use certain teams and etc. but EA games, which makes fifa and madden, have the NFL rights, so no other companies can make any football games using NFL teams/players likenesses etc

and i think college football is a no go since its seen as profiting off the student athletes likenesses and not paying them, but i can't remember a non EA game for college football so they mightve had the rights to the college teams as well prior to it being nixed

i still enjoy maddens for what they are. which is a means for me to trade every single person from my favorite team for draft picks and release everyone else, and just sign rookies and build them into perennial contenders in my make believe franchises

FIFA had comp in PES but they dropped the ball imo. Now FIFA is taking in all the rights that were exclusive to PES

Yeah for years PES had the superior gameplay but they couldn't call the teams by the proper names due to licensing...for example Liverpool F.C was called Merseyside Red lmao fuck outta here.

Man Red and Man Blue lol they had the rights to a couple bigger teams, but almost all champion's league teams were owned by FIFA. At the same time that the Champion's League itself wasn't in FIFA lol I'm so glad it is now.

Did they ever change the cover to reflect CR's transfer?

The last PES game I copped was 16...& yeah like previous have said, gameplay wise it shat all over FIFA.I know they had a license barrier to work around but shit was nice...

I just bought Madden 19 like an hour ago, it's actually pretty cool...the continuation regardin' the Long Shot story mode is a let down tho, def the best Madden graphically...gameplay hmm, idk maybe after a day or two I'll drop a comment on that.

I have no sports games. Been wanting nba 2k though. Idk.

It's dope but running is broken on default settings and man coverage doesn't work.
MUT is actually dope since the last time I tried it too. Squad already 84 OVR just grinding and not paying anything.
They already updated the game three times so there's hope EA actually gives a fuck about it this year
