Hacked is a very nice term, he stumbled and fell through US systems through a backdoor they were fully aware of and tracked his every move. He was not a hacker he was a naive groupie

No I’m saying a backdoor was left open and UK/US intelligence tracked hackers who thought they were using an anonymous loophole. And one of those who did use it was Gary. He was more of an amateur systems admin who was given code and instructions from other hackers which he used to gain access to certain areas. The US intelligence were aware from the start and were looking for a patsy to come down on to show they were serious about cyber crime. Unfortunately for them the whole extradicfion argument kicked off.

Gary was basically a copy and paster with a lot of spare time.
