Rules

This should be self explanatory, but for those who are unfamiliar with the 1-2 Punch League..

1. NO BITING
2. NO SWAYING
3. NO FEEDING
4. No RECYCLING

5. Must vote on at least 5 battles each week. Failure to vote on 5 battles will result in -1 votes deducted from your battle. Failure to vote on ANY will result in -2 votes deducted in your battle.

6. Voting much be at least ONE complete sentence with a decent explanation. (Vote: Bags as per tradition) WON’T COUNT!

7. Voting on Champ and Contender matches are required for all participants.

8. ONLY 2 TOTAL EXTENSIONS ALLOWED THIS SEASON. It’s literally 1 bar, extensions shouldn’t be needed but you’ll get 2 just for whining purposes.

9. NO TALKING ABOUT OPEN BATTLES! If you think you’re being hate voted against etc, contact a mod and we will handle it accordingly.

This ones a bit tough to call, I was expecting Bar to come with some signature wordplay,
he just went with the grams pun, which is old but alright with his quote/personal twist.
It was alright I think the heavy multi on the punch rhyme made it better.
Des had an obscure ref to me, I had to google... but it seems like a legit 'colloquial idiom'
thats what google said.
So Imma go with Des for being a little fresher.

I get the whole grams/grandmother - drug reference word play but to me it's isn't concrete as to why it would work both ways.

Not really much of an insult to me, IMO.

I got Barc. I thought eat Cro was a bit too obvious. Liked Barc’s a little more.

Barcotic’s punch was pretty funny to me but the grams/grandma flip is pretty basic. Then there’s the why are they laughing at your grandma aspect. With Des, I never heard of the eating crow phrase but I googled it and the punch checks out and you executed it well.
