Dead serious

I'm pumped to begin the dance of price negotiation. Tips on that from the buyer's perspective would be appreciated

Won't go into to extreme detail unless/until a deal's struck... But it's time for LA to have the lime represented again

boof 03-14-2018 03:12 PM

Sharp 03-14-2018 03:15 PM

Little Africa is Geno's old stomping grounds in Philly

I'll never leave the east coast lol

boof 03-14-2018 05:36 PM

Amen 03-14-2018 06:05 PM

I'd March through little Africa in a midget clan suit.

Fuck that scummy place. Catch aids if you aren't wearing a ANSELL Hazmat suit.

Sharp 03-14-2018 07:06 PM

tbc this is Manayunk, a decent neighborhood in NW Philly

Charming lil place really. I'd take it over center city/south Philly any day, though all of New construction in the area tells me developers are thinking the same thing. Probably won't lose much value during the inevitable market crash

Not positive wasn’t driving but the whole place smelled bad

veritas 03-14-2018 07:42 PM

Congrats on the gentrification

Suthaveli 03-14-2018 07:55 PM

^^lls.

I feel many hipsters aren't under the realization that they are frontmen(women) for gentrification.
Not to classify u as one, sharp. Idk, idk u. But will assume u do consider yourself as one.
At the end of the day, mpney makes this wrld move. Brings more into the city, tourist, etc. Although philly nightlife shuts dwn early ( looking at u Camden niggas) it's an awesome city. Hope to see it develop.

Don't worry, it's not one of those 'up-and-coming' neighbors being developed. It's more like there's truly no room in center city. It's been high on the list of family friendly neighborhoods for as long as I can remember. Tbh I was surprised geno came from the area cause it's been a good place forever. Been visiting family here for like 20 years
