Have you tried to not eat anything at least an hour before you're going to sleep? Have you been relaxed or stressed out lately?

Btw; in no fucking way do I know a lot about this shit and you should probably talk with your doc or something if it keeps up, but I've struggled with sleep the past few years as well so I've picked up some info here and there that might help ya.
