word i've been waiting on state of decay 2 for awhile now, state of decay 1 got it closest to what i'm looking for.

i couldn't get into dying light. it was awesome looking but i didn't enjoy the running and jumping around horseshit

im just trying to have a giant open world type rpgish basebuilding game. i thought this might be that but then seen it was going to be a co op thing with basebuilding etc

i've never played dayz or h1z1 or any of that because the multiplayer shit.

Fuck a zombie game. I've been playing Just Cause 3 cuz I got it for free a month or two ago. That game is FIRE. I can literally glide all night with that won't suit and grapple. Then you got the fact that too can literally blow up anything. Buildings, Bridges, fucking everything.

I just dont like the randomness of multiplayer. If it was with homies id dig it, but theyre all dead or strung out on heroin.

The forest seems wack, i couldnt pull the trigger. Im not a fan of them games where you gotta find a stick and tie a rock to it and then chop down a tree etc etc.

Im speaking more post apocalyptic zombie shit, urban areas foraging for twinkies and ammo lol

Its why i played garbage like dead state. I just think the market is missing one of those games, if it was like the witcher though, but instead of dragons and griffins or whatever, potions and shit, just have it be zombies and making medicine and building a community/base

Word! I hate this multiplayer zombie acopalypse kind of shit. I understand that World at War did something awesome but I hate it when people got to clone concept and overdo it in franchises that don't need it. This is why I love games like Dead Island and Last of Us, they don't got that convoluted lazy ass concept that's already been done to death.

CoD has the title of owning this shit already, H1Z1 did their take, Left 4 Dead 1 and 2, 7 days to die too and there's a few other survivals out there that makes it suck that these guys got to make it multiplayer as well. That said tho, I guess The Walking Dead episodes have reached their limit and they need to try something new in order to get them sales, maybe they'll bring something new to the table but ye, wish they hadn't even though I've yet to get down with the Walking Dead franchise.
