who should I put in the flex, Jarvis Landry or Ryan Matthews?

I also have Snead, Lockett and John Brown on the bench

Have Julio in obv and my opponent has Matt Ryan

I also have Sanu on my bench, play him to offset pretty much any Ryan success or hope Julio gets most the work?
