Blanco Bishop 06-29-2016 09:36 PM

For lloyd banks to not have at least two on the list is blasphemous.

Certain 06-29-2016 09:57 PM

I agree with No. 1 and No. 2 and don't hate the list as a whole, which is a pretty big compliment considering how difficult a list like this is to pull off. Where'd you get it, @Innovator?

Inno 06-29-2016 10:15 PM

@Certain

Saw it on datpiff and its from pitchfork

Apparently mixtapes are going to be consired for grammys. Domt know how mich of that is true

Heres the article ^^

I edited it in the main post aswell

Putting Nicki Minaj in the top 10 is pretty egregious pandering, and ignoring Lloyd Banks, Joe Budden and Fabolous is poor. Those are my biggest qualms. But it could have been worse.

Destroyer 06-29-2016 10:21 PM

Chance new to be that high up but fuck if acid rap isnt fire

Witty 06-29-2016 10:35 PM

I couldn't begin to have the attention span needed to make a top 50 list of anything.

I feel like I need to give drought 3 another listen. The double disc right? I mean it's cool.....I don't remember thinking it was THAT good tho......certainly not better then dedication 2

Da Drought 3 is his absolute craziest album. All energy and weirdness.

Dedication 2 might be more bumpable. They both could be in the top three with We Got It 4 Cheap, Pt. 2, for my money.

how do you define a mixtape as opposed to an album? is it just being free?

Independent release and distribution.

Ghost1 06-30-2016 08:29 AM

Sounds about right at certain

These days I tend to fade and the lyrics miss me so bumpability is big for me

Running this re up gang back tho thanks to this thread so that's good

I did wanna say I just downloaded young thug 1017 yesterday prior to this thread coincidentally and it's pretty dope for what it is

There's plenty of issues for me w this list....but one thing I figured I'd mention as most kf my concerns have been mentioned already.....meek mill should be on here for dream chasers 2 not 1

Also there's too much new stuff on here

Yes the new guys belong on here.....some of them.....but there's way too many on here....that's the problem when you make an all time list tho......it's hard to subjectively consider past and present
