Sleep paralysis
 

Anyone have this "condition"? If so let's hear your stories.
Shit will kill me I'm sure.

I'm used to it now

Just go back to sleep or if I need to wake up a shake my body around until it actually moves and my fiancee wakes me up

My gir has it. Sever sometimes. Zhe litterally has to fight to move where i think shes having a siezure or something. It scares the shit out of me but she says its sleep paralysis everytime and she couldnt move

There r a couple good documentaries on it. One a least oj netflix rite now.. called nightmarez. Def worth the watch if ur familiar with this shit are suffer from. People see some pretty fucked up shit

I get it frequently

Eyes wide open but can't move or talk

Intense body buzz and scary as shit

I try and get my gfs attention to help me but to no avail

I wake up angry the next morning and yell at her

Word I watched nightmares last night before I fell asleep lol that's what inspired this thread.

I usually get it once a week, can relate to 90% of the shit in that documentary aside from the shadowy figure s. I've had many hallucinations like seeing my girl sleeping next to me get up with an all white face and lay ontop of me til I couldn't breathe. I once got shot, same thing couldn't breathe. Many times there was loud pounds and knocking on the walls and windows etc. Had the bedroom door come off the hinges vibrating its way toward me in bed. Can't move can't speak can't breathe I can only witness.
