Ok so I finally said fuck it and started lifting
 
Got a lil gym (home made ) in one of the spots I chill



That kinda machine that's a bench press where u can't drop the bar on yaself
A ski (elliptical ? ) machine
Treadmill
And some bar bells
Also like a diff kind of bench press for like sitting up curls



Mind u I'm a stoner who's never done physical labor


What should I do ?

if you are looking to not be swole asking bags and diode who lift for that purpose is a mark of supreme stupidity, to get cut I order you to do push ups and pull ups

Hey man I know we just met but I have some tip for you

You wanna save some money and space for something worthy? Consider checking out Bo-Flex dial weight dumbells. You're gonna wanna use gloves with those cause the grip is a bitch, but it's definitely something good to have.

The ones I had before I sold them and joined a gym were dialed from 15lb-90lb

Cause if you buy a bunch of dumbells you're gonna have a mess and spend more money. Same with buying plates for your barbell thing.

you can workout any and every muscle with dumbells and it's a lot better than any machine because you're doing all the work without the assistance from machines.

and eat 6-10 times a day
No white bread
Sugars
Or dicks

you'll hear a lot of tips and bits of information in here, all of which will probably be good unless it's obviously dumb. The general thing I'd say is to take significant time out to stretch before and after working out. easy to skip and not give a shit about, but it makes a huge difference in how you recover and maintain a regiment. at least for me it does.

When I don't go to the gym, I mainly do kettlebell and resistance band workouts. you can do a lot of different exercises with them (youtube is clutch) and they don't require much space.

Smith rack
Preacher Curl bench
An sum dumbells (I'm assuming this wat u meant by barbells....)


U not gonna get swole just from lifting a bit tho


So

Most people start w a beginner strength routine then either switch to bodybuilding (prolly wat u want) and or stick w strength (this wat diode, pancake an fagit NYC do)


I can link some routines for u to look out if u want
