I can't stand that chick. If Adele comes on the radio, it's a reflex to change the station. I truly don't understand her popularity, like, do THAT many people truly love being depressed all the time?

I love Adele, I dunno man, music that other people find depressing I tend to find endearing, it evokes empathy within me which feels cool. It reminds me that no matter how succesful (or not) we are, life can effect us all the same way. The universe doesn't care about talent or money. Plus, I think she's a great song writer.

I don't like Eddie Vedder (lead singer of Pearl Jam) but think "Hunger Strike" (a Temple of the Dog song) is brilliant.

I'm not a huge Radiohead fan, mostly because all the Radiohead fans I meet are insufferable. But I can admit that they got some jams.

Anyway, since so few rappers have been brought up by people who understood the thread, I'll throw this out there: I think CL Smooth was a painfully mediocre rapper who was not worthy of Pete Rock's beats. But "They Reminisce Over You (T.R.O.Y.)" is one of the 20 best tracks in rap history.

speaking of, Lupe Fiasco is a rapper that I generally don't like, but I really like some of his songs.

I don't care for Drake as a rapper but mostly like Drake as a singer.
