a binary star system is simply that....a system with a set of stars both with a set of planets . Dude you cannot even remotely fuck with me when it comes to research on this. If you feel you can make a thread and I'll happily oblige you in a debate on binary star systems.

Think Sedna, Eris, and oblonged elliptical orbits. Planets and such always have to answer to a gravity well and our own sun's reach cannot account for those, not to mention the huge space in the Kuiper belt where it looks like something passes through every so often.
